1. General Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Return: We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery for most products, as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or damage due to misuse cannot be returned.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@techbulletin.in or silicwall@gmail.com within the specified return period. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization if your return is approved.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (such as wrong product delivered).
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
    • Products that have been opened or used (unless defective).
    • Digital products, including downloadable software and e-books.
    • Personalized or custom items (unless damaged or defective).
    • Items purchased during special sales or promotions (unless defective).

2. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned products must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused & Unworn: The product should be in the same condition in which it was received, including any tags or packaging.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts that were included with the product.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Request: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Timeframe for Refund: Refunds may take up to 3 business days to process, depending on the payment method and bank processing times. You will receive a notification once your refund has been successfully issued.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items that are not returned in their original condition or if only part of your order is returned.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only in the case of defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us within 3 days from receiving your order.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will offer you a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Exchange Process: After confirming the eligibility for exchange, we will provide a return shipping label and process the exchange once the returned item is received.

5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us at shop@techbulletin.in or silicwall@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending the correct item or issuing a refund for the missing product.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

7. International Returns

If you are an international customer, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes that may apply to the return. For international exchanges, we may ask you to cover shipping costs associated with sending a replacement item.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank or credit card statement. Refunds may take a few business days to show up on your statement. If you still haven’t received your refund after 3 business days, please contact us at shop@techbulletin.in or silicwall@gmail.com.

9. Cancellations

You can request to cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
